Investment programme The Structural Vision for Amsterdam contains a concrete investment programme. The first round of investments between now and 2020 shows a mix of residential, office, infrastructure and green space development plus urban renewal outside the urban ring road, particularly in the west and north. The renewal in Southeast Amsterdam will by then be nearing completion. In line with the intensified use of public space, a great deal of attention is being paid to the qualitative improvement of parks. Large-scale urban projects like Zuidas, the North/South Line, the IJ waterfront and IJburg have been highlighted with their own pages in this Pocket Atlas. 55
